In this session, we discussed strategies with fellow building owners:
- What CMMS features are building owners seeing the most value from?
- What change management tactics have driven successful software adoption?
- How are others effectively centralizing data from multiple teams during maintenance on your buildings?
The heart of this event was smaller breakout rooms to discuss best practices with your peers. These were open, peer-driven discussions. Afterwards, we had a brief, lightning-round of demos from technology partners, showcasing real-world examples of intuitive interfaces and insightful analytics that technicians actually want to use.Ā
