Member Gathering with Thano Lambrinos—April’s members-only gathering was an honest and insightful take on Quadreal’s efforts rolling out “The Operations of the Future” across 55 buildings. Speaker Thano Lambrinos defines what that term means, the business case for it, and reflects on what he’d do differently next time around.

SME Workshop with Dream—April's members-only SME Workshop was a master class in showing how a roadmap to Net Zero includes operational technologies. Speakers Lee Hodgkinson and Nicholas Dumoulin outlined Dream's commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions across their portfolio of owned and managed properties by 2050. The presentation explains that this commitment includes both direct and indirect emissions from the properties, and will require the implementation of various strategies and technologies to achieve.

- Australia/APAC Pro Member Gathering: TBD!
- Subject Matter Expert Workshop: Pro member Krigh Bachmann, Associate, Leader of Digital Innovation at DIALOG will dive into How to Leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) to Improve Smart Buildings. It’s a common misconception that smart buildings applications can simply “pull information from BIM”. Pro Member Krigh Bachman of DIALOG will explain how to think through the smart building related requirements of a BIM model before it’s built.
May 16th @ 11AM MT | 1PM EST - North America Member Gathering: We'll hear from Becca Timms, Director of ESG at Jamestown. May 31st @ 9am MDT
