Rated 4.7 out of 5 by all Attendees

"NexusCon is the only conference that I advocate to attend. The intentional requirement of eliminating the sales pitches and design on respectful, honest conversations about what's working and what isn't in our industry is what makes this conference valuable and actionable. It's centered on technical realities and collaborating to solve them further together."

April Yi, Director, Digital Engineering, CBRE @ Microsoft

“NexusCon is a prerequisite if you're serious about the future of smart buildings. Where others fail, Nexus Labs manages to eliminate the broken model of vendors and service providers paying to play. Instead, they create a constructive forum among building owners who can learn from each other's actions and mistakes. A real pleasure.”

Christian Nielsen, Head of PropTech & Innovation, Low Tide Properties

“NexusCon was an incredible experience. It is so rare to get such honest feedback from the industry on what worked, but more importantly, what didn't work.”

Craig Lapshinoff, Head of Operations, Jawl Properties

“NexusCon is hands-down the best smart buildings conference in the industry. I get to connect with old friends, make new ones, and learn from the best of the best. I won't miss it!”

Cedar Blazek, Energy Program Manager, Arapahoe County

Which Ticket Is Right For You?

Technology Vendors

You work for an organization that sells and/or develops software or hardware tools that help building owners achieve their desired outcomes.

‍

Vendors must be a sponsor of NexusCon in order to attend. This makes the conference fair and high value for all attendees.

‍

If you are not yet a sponsor, learn more on our sponsorship page.

Service Providers

You work for multiple building owners as a consultant, contractor, or integrator. Your organization doesn't develop/manufacture software/hardware products, although you may resell others' products. Researchers and investors are also considered service providers.

Building Owners

You qualify as a building owner if you:

  • Own and operate buildings
  • Manage operations for buildings you lease
  • Are a consultant dedicated to a single client's building operations

You do not quality as a building owner if you:

  • Are a service provider serving multiple clients' buildings
  • Have a portfolio smaller than 500,000 sqft or 5+ properties.

Why Attend In 2026

Technology is no longer the bottleneck; confusion is. We built NexusCon to bring simplicity to a ridiculously complex industry. By decoding the market, we help you bypass the hype and identify the right tools for your commercial buildings. You’ll walk away knowing exactly which solutions exist to fix your building’s issues.

Clarify a murky industry

Early bird tickets available through January 15th, 2026
The number one reason attendees love NexusCon is the community. We build a curated ecosystem where those with questions and those with answers come together to solve real problems. It is a no-ego zone dedicated to sharing best practices, ensuring you leave with connections that truly move the needle.

Connect with the right people

We focus every session on real-world takeaways, ensuring you leave with a clear plan of action. By respectfully forcing spicy conversations and challenging opposing views, we break down barriers and find common ground. This is how we work as a team to advance our buildings and digitize the built environment.
