How does the Partner Participation Score get calculated?
Your Partner Participation Score is a weighted summary of your actions over the last 180 days. Each action you can take is given a weighted number that counts towards your score.
Can I update our Partner Page?
Yes, you can always make edits to your Partner Page! You can either email the edits to carly@nexuslabs.online OR you can submit a new webpage form.
Do all of our deployments have to turn into a podcast episode?
No, all deployments do not have to turn into a podcast episode. We realize that sometimes you have a great project you'd like to share, but the building owner isn't necessarily someone you'd want to join for an episode. You can submit as many deployments as you'd like which will then live on our website under deployments.
Does my customer have to participate on the podcast or can it be just the vendor?
The reason we recommend including your building owner customer on the podcast is because the story isn't as rich or interesting to other Buyer's without knowing the name. We realize many of you have great case studies that you're not able to get the approval for, making it hard to take advantage of this offering. Because of this, you do have the option to produce a podcast and case study without the Buyer's public participation. The podcast recording will be a conversation between James and the partner’s representative.
