What are you excited about in the industry?

Having access to new data, and being able to use it to make better decisions and reduce risks.   Data changes the way we run our businesses and gives us the opportunity to improve outcomes and be more profitable.

What do you think needs to change in the industry?

We need more risk takers and innovations who are willing to jump in and embrace IoT technology.

What do you wish we all discussed more?

The change management and operationalization of IoT Solutions.  The post-install work of operationalizing the data, that can be a heavy lift, is required to see real change and make substantial improvements, but is commonly pushed aside and not given enough attention.

What’s your hot take?  

🔥 The data is GOLD, you just have to learn how to use it.  To gain substantial benefits from IoT solutions a certain amount of Change Management is required.  Investing in a consultant with this expertise is well worth it and the business will see greater results in the long run.🔥
